BEAT LEAGUE Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction, to use BEAT LEAGUE.

You must be legally permitted to participate in competitions and receive prizes where applicable.

Authentication is handled via a third-party identity provider.

You are responsible for all activities performed under your account.

You may not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.

You retain full ownership of all content you upload to BEAT LEAGUE, including audio, images, and text.

By uploading content, you grant BEAT LEAGUE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, stream, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, promoting, and improving the Platform.

BEAT LEAGUE does not claim ownership of your content.

By uploading content, you represent and warrant that you own all rights to the content, or you have obtained all necessary licenses, permissions, and clearances (including for samples, stems, vocals, loops, and third-party material).

BEAT LEAGUE does not verify sample clearance.

You acknowledge that any use of uncleared or infringing material is your sole responsibility, BEAT LEAGUE is not liable for copyright violations committed by users, and you agree to indemnify and hold BEAT LEAGUE harmless from claims arising from your content.

Users may not manipulate votes, rankings, or competition outcomes, upload misleading or abusive content, or engage in harassment, hate speech, or fraud.

BEAT LEAGUE reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts to protect fairness and integrity.

Competitions may be free or paid. Rules, judging criteria, and prize structures may vary per competition.

Decisions by BEAT LEAGUE or appointed juries are final.

Prizes may be subject to taxes or legal restrictions depending on jurisdiction.

BEAT LEAGUE may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or to comply with legal obligations.

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. BEAT LEAGUE makes no warranties regarding availability or performance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BEAT LEAGUE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to BEAT LEAGUE, if any.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding conflict of law rules.

If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence may still apply.

Participation in BEAT LEAGUE competitions is voluntary.

Rankings and results may be publicly displayed. Jury and platform decisions are final.

Prizes are non-transferable unless stated otherwise. Taxes, duties, or reporting obligations are the responsibility of the winner.

BEAT LEAGUE may modify or substitute prizes if required.
